Returns & Refunds policy

Return Period

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from guoruibeauty.com, you may return your products within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that returns will not be accepted after this period.

Return Process

Only items purchased directly from guoruibeauty.com can be returned. For products bought from authorized retailers, please contact them for return assistance.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@guoruibeauty.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the product(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization number and further instructions via email. If you received any free products or promotional items with your order, please include them in your return to receive a full refund. Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your authorization number.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for processing and for the refund to be issued to your original payment method. You will receive email confirmations when your return is received and when the refund is processed. Please be aware that your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Guorui is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees can only be refunded if the original items were shipped incorrectly or damaged during transit. All other shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If you receive damaged items, please notify Guorui Customer Care within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return. Email us at support@guoruibeauty.com for further instructions.

Shipping Discrepancies

For any shipping discrepancies, please contact us at support@guoruibeauty.com within 3 days of receipt. We cannot address discrepancies reported after this period.

Conditions and Exclusions

All returns are subject to review by Guorui. We reserve the right to deny returns at our discretion if the return policy is not followed. Returns that are denied will not qualify for a refund. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to employee purchases under the Staff Sale Program.
