Shipping Options and Transit Times

We offer free Standard shipping on orders over $50.

• Economy $50+ 5-8 days* FREE

*Transit times are based on business days to major cities. Additional delays may occur for areas outside these regions. A notice card may be left at your door for package pickup at the nearest location, with details provided in your delivery confirmation.

PO Boxes:
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Processing may take longer during peak times or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping times are in addition to processing times.

Order & Shipping Confirmations

All shipping options come with tracking numbers for real-time updates. You will receive an "Order Confirmation" email after placing your order. Once your order is packed and shipped, a "Shipping Confirmation" will be sent, including your tracking number. To ensure you receive these emails, please add support@guoruibeauty.com to your address book.

Prices and Currencies

Prices on the Guorui website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), and all transactions are processed in CAD. Currency conversion will occur based on your credit card's exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Duties for International Customers

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or customs fees upon delivery. These fees vary by destination country. Guorui is not liable for these charges, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Packages may experience delays due to customs clearance.

Shipping Discrepancies

For any shipping discrepancies (incorrect or missing items), please contact Customer Care at support@guoruibeauty.com within 3 business days of receipt. Guorui will not be responsible for discrepancies reported after this period.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping and return charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for these fees if you refuse delivery of the items.

Unclaimed Packages / Incorrect Addresses

Unclaimed shipments, refused deliveries, or returns due to incorrect addresses will incur return shipping costs plus the original shipping fee paid by Guorui. If the shipping fees were covered by the customer, only the return shipping costs will apply. Please double-check your shipping address to avoid these charges. We will reach out if an unclaimed package is returned to us.

Changes to Terms

Guorui reserves the right to modify these terms or refuse any order at its discretion.
